Our 58 day overland adventure trip will take you from Istanbul on the edge of Europe through Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Egypt and Libya to Tunisia at the tip of north Africa.
On the way you will visit Roman ruins and legendary cities, ancient Egyptian monuments and a Crusader Castle, you'll explore the eerie volcanic landscape of Cappadocia and cross the Sahara Desert in Libya, perhaps take a Turkish bath or chill out on a Mediterranean beach.
During the journey you have the option to paraglide over the Turkish coast, float in the Dead Sea, snorkel or dive in the Red Sea, go river tubing, hot air ballooning or scale Mt. Sinai to see the sunrise!
Travel is in our custom built overland expedition vehicle, accommodation is a mixture of camping and basic hotels/hostels and everyone in the group mucks in with shopping and cooking. Our driver and tour leader are on hand to help you get the most out of your trip.
We have departures almost every month and the trip runs in both directions.
