Lattitude Global Volunteering is an international youth development charity that specialises in long term, adventurous and rewarding voluntary placements worldwide. We match our volunteers to placements based on the volunteer’s skills, personality and interests. This ensures a great fit between the volunteer and their host community allowing a mutually beneficial and productive relationship. Furthermore our placements are long term, not only making them great value but also enabling volunteers to be completely immersed in the host culture and become part of the society, which makes for a far more enjoyable and educational experience.
Lattitude Global Volunteering is the original gap year organisation. The term ‘gap year’ was coined from our original name (GAP Activity Projects). Meaning we have 40 years experience in providing exciting, worthwhile and responsible voluntary placements.
