Tasks on this project are demand driven as you are working with wild animals that be utterly unpredictable. Tasks vary throughout the year. Typical tasks to expect would be:

Feeding baby monkeys and baboons

Cleaning out enclosures

Preparing food for adult monkeys and baboons

Taking young monkeys to the swimming pool to bathe

Helping to prepare for future releases

Planting and picking fruit and vegetables for the monkeys from the centre's own garden

Helping with various veterinary procedures where necessary.

The work of the centre is crucial. Whilst this project involves a lot of contact with the primates, it is important to remember that you will not always be with the monkeys.
