Working across several UK woodland activity camps, from Yorkshire to Kent, our outdoor jobs are all about a love of adventure, education, fun and of course the great outdoors too!

We provide full training for all of our roles so you do not need to hold a formal qualification to apply for roles.

We also have free pitch sites available across our estates

The job description

a typical day on this gap project

Working across 10 beautiful woodland estates, from Yorkshire to Kent, our outdoor jobs are all about a love of adventure, education, fun and of course the great outdoors.

You will be responsible for one of our student 'tribes' leading them through a variety of experiences your ‘tribe’ will be doing during their stay with us, experiences range from wild swimming, archery and target sports to traditional bushcraft skills like fire lighting, foraging and tracking.

Blenheim Palace, Boughton Woods, Castle Howard, Cholmondeley Castle, Cornbury Park, Cuffley Camp, Knebworth House, Penshurst Place and West Dean College

You don't need any preexisting qualifications as we will provide full training for this role. This outdoor role requires enthusiasm, passion, energy and a desire to lead by example as you will be a role model for our young people, ensuring they leave camp with positive memories that will last them a lifetime.
