With an already established Gap Student program that is a cut above the rest, we really do offer a unique experience. We offer above average wages and fantastic accommodation. Our Gappies are fantastic; they support us in every part of the schools, including academic areas, finance, HR and marketing. Each school also has a sports academy. Gap Students are welcome to join clubs including football, karate, climbing, yoga, scuba diving etc.

In return we look after our Gappies extremely well. Our cohorts have been trained up as scuba divers, boat captains, were given tickets to the FIFA World Cup in Qatar and have been on funded trips to Nepal and Jordan. We are extremely selective and expect a high level of applicant however we certainly reward well also. Shortlisted applicants will be added to a chat group with our current Gap Students so they can really explore the experiences and conditions from the Gap Students themselves.

typical day
The job description
a typical day on this gap project

Our daily schedule starts at 0700 hours. Depending on the needs of the school and your personal development plan, you could find yourself in various parts of the school. We currently have gap students honing their skills in our finance department, delivering sports programs, working on conservation projects, or supporting within the administrative offices. We will always strive to place you where you can contribute and grow the most.

Lunch is provided, and you will typically eat either with the pupils or the staff in the dining area. The food is actually quite good!

After school, activities vary each day and might include accompanying children on school trips, playing tennis, camping in the desert, scuba diving, or participating in many other activities offered by the school.

You'll generally return to your villa around 4 PM unless you've opted to stay on for additional activities.

Weekends are on Friday and Saturday, and we often organize trips to the desert, mountains, or boat trips to the islands on these days.

Would you be a good fit?
what makes you the ideal candidate

The role we're offering values more than just academic excellence. While strong academic performance is not a strict prerequisite, we are looking for individuals who excel in various fields such as sports, art, and technical design. The nature of the role is diverse, allowing us to accommodate a range of core skill sets.

What is essential, however, is the right attitude. School work can be varied and demanding, so we need individuals who possess the right personality to integrate seamlessly into a close-knit team. Successful candidates will need to work hard, maintain composure, and demonstrate good character at all times. While academic achievements are beneficial, we place a higher value on personal attributes such as teamwork, resilience, and a positive attitude.
