What can we offer you?
why choose us for your gap year
Mendip team members are always appreciated and we have a number of ways we like to show our appreciation.
All team members are given generous discounts by our Alpine Lounge Diner on all food and drinks, and we also give discounts on snack food and merchandise that is available in our reception area. Very generous discounts are given to team members and their families towards all of our activity sessions, recreational dry slope skiing and snow boarding, and our award winning family camp site does the same!
We have several team members who live on site too, whether its in their camper vans all year long or in our family camp site in tents during the summer - we offer you the opportunity do so for a very minimal monthly charge which covers the use of electricity and water used.
Also, we have a fantastic 'well being health plan' to help with life when needed.
We offer all of this in appreciation for what our team do, and a few times a year we treat them all to a fun packed and always interesting day out! This we use as time to let our hair down and make even more fun memories of Mendip.
