The job description
a typical day on this gap project
China Teach and Earn - gain a job for 6 months as a teacher in China and earn a monthly wage. Perfect for people with a Bachelor degree and with two years' post-graduate teaching experience. A full list of eligibility requirements can be found on our website. This is a proper paid job in a Chinese school and we have people starting twice a year (in either February or August).
China TEFL - great for people without a degree and on a gap year. This 26 week programme enables you to gain a TEFL qualification and practical teacher training, before joining a school to work as an intern for a term. Food, accommodation, TEFL qualification, Mandarin lessons and a monthly subsistence allowance are included in the price.

You need enthusiasm, motivation and confidence to enable you to get the most out of your adventure. You will need to be a native English speaker with a BA degree to take part in our 6 month teach and earn programme. If you do not have a degree, you can join our excellent China Adventure internship.
