A Typical Day in the Job
You will be part of the team guiding school groups through their residential adventure holiday. Arrival day will involve meeting and greeting the groups, showing them around the site, getting to know the children and settling them into their rooms.
Each day will have you delivering different activities such as Climbing, Archery, Body Zorbing and many more. At In2action we believe in going the extra mile for our groups, so some team members will be available at all times during their stay. This can include assisting at meal times, getting the children settled in their accommodation at night and waving them off at departure.
Each day will be completely different so there is no opportunity to get bored.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to be an enthusiastic and energetic person, to keep the children engaged. A passion for working outdoors and delivering adventure activities is also compulsory.
You will need to be 18 years or above by the start date of your contract and have the right to work in the UK.
All staff undergo an Enhanced DBS Criminal Check to ensure their suitability to work with children.

You will be provided with accommodation and three meals a day during your contract.
