A Typical Day in the Job
No two days will be the same at an In2action residential centre. Each week you will have different groups arriving that have their own specific requirements to their trip. You will need to plan these in advance and communicate it all to your team.
As an Adventure Manager you’ll be responsible for leading the team of Adventure Instructors, which can vary between six and twenty. You’ll also be a key figure to teachers and other adults, and have responsibility for managing the quality and safety of the whole operation.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates should have excellent experience in delivering activities and working with children
Proven leadership and communication skills are essential
A positive and motivated attitude is key for this role
In addition you will need to be 18 years old by the start date of your contract.
Candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS Criminal Check to ensure they are suitable to work with children.

You will be provided with accommodation and three meals a day during your contract.
In2action provide industry recognised training which you will receive prior to starting work.
We also have other different products we operate both in the UK and Overseas. You could transfer to one of these later in the season or in future years, giving you a diverse range of experience.
