typical day A Typical Day on this Course

Each day starts with breakfast prepared by our students and the mornings are filled with practical cookery sessions. Afternoons are a bit more laid back with a few theoretical sessions each day, followed by a couple of hours off when students can enjoy exploring the mountains or chilling in the chalet. Dinner is always a three-course affair, prepared and served of course by our brilliant students!

A week or two at The Hive will give you all the skills and tools you require to run a ski chalet like a pro. We'll teach you all the tricks of the trade to impress your employer and guests, and to ensure you work efficiently to maximise your time on the slopes. We have helped all of our past students to secure winter jobs with well-regarded ski companies (well, those who wanted one at least as we do sometimes have students on courses who just want to learn some really useful life skills with no intention of doing a season).
