Each month students run a pop-up restaurant which gives them a sense of their progress. The days are varied with times at the stove, interspersed with inspiring visiting chefs and experts from small food businesses. There are wine tastings, food tastings and visits to artisan producers, craft brewers and cheese makers. Our aim is to make this an astonishing, memorable experience. We go the extra mile to provide any help necessary in finding accommodation and can point the way and provide ideas for getting to know one of the great cities of Europe.

typical day A Typical Day on this Course

Here's what to expect from our 1 Month Certificate Cookery Course: each morning will be spent hands-on in the kitchen. Come lunchtime you'll sit together in our dining room, enjoy what you have prepared and compare notes on taste and presentation. In the afternoon, you will be given recipes for study and note-taking as the instructors then demonstrate the next day's recipes. Our relaxed but challenging atmosphere focuses on your individual needs, while developing your ability to function as a fast-paced member of a kitchen team.

We work with all levels of abilities. Our tutors welcome the complete novice in the kitchen to the experienced home cook.
