Marine Conservation Gap Year Courses

All across the world marine conservation projects are desperate for volunteers to join them across a wide range of projects. Whether it be working on one of the Lionfish projects or looking after turtles, you will normally get the opportunity to work on your diving skills and some programmes even give you the qualifications! You'll get the chance to take part in some ground-breaking conservation research projects, help to conserve maritime environments that are threatened by pollution or overfishing, and work with local communities to protect their way of life, whether that is through fishing or tourism.
