Organising and running water-based activities with children at camp. Holding camp-wide water games, such as boat races, working on the camp lake. Management of watersport equipment and responsibility for keeping the lake and dock clean and safe.

The following qualifications (or similar) make for very strong applications;

BCU/UKCC certificates for canoeing and kayaking.
RYA for boating, including sailing, motor boating & windsurfing.
BWS for waterskiing.

If you have similar qualifications or certificates, they are still relevant. If you have solid experience and skills in a watersport, then you should still apply!
