Blue Ventures is an award-winning marine conservation organisation offering unique expeditions in Madagascar, Belize and Timor-Leste. Our expeditions provide science and PADI dive training to our volunteers so that they can contribute towards our internationally recognised marine research and community work. Our focus on quality and value for money means that we offer some of the best accommodation, food and service in the sector and safety is a top priority when working above and below the water in remote environments. Our high standards have resulted in numerous awards including winning the 'Best Volunteering Organisation' at the Responsible Travel Awards and winning the 'Best Volunteering Organisation' in the British Youth Travel Awards.
Course Description

A typical day on a Blue Ventures expedition could involve SCUBA dive training with our instructor Bic, a fascinating lecture or workshop about the diverse marine wildlife volunteers encounter, a traditional Malagasy cooking lesson and much more. Days are busy but volunteers also have plenty of time for fun and relaxation, with opportunities for sailing pirogues, snorkelling or just unwinding in a hammock.
