typical day
Course Description
a typical day on this gap project

A typical day on a Blue Ventures expedition involves SCUBA diving on vibrant coral reefs, a fascinating lecture or workshop about the diverse marine wildlife volunteers encounter, a traditional Timorese cooking lesson and much more. Days are busy but volunteers also have plenty of time for fun and relaxation, with opportunities for snorkelling, hiking to Atauro's unspoilt beaches or just unwinding in a hammock. There is a strong community conservation element to the expedition and volunteers will get a real insight into how a conservation NGO like Blue Ventures operates in the field.
