Staff benefits:
Mendip offer generous discounts for team members and their families on food and drinks from our Alpine Lounge diner and our Lodge bunk house. We offer generous discounts on all of our activities, including family camping at our award winning summer camp site, and free recreational skiing, snow boarding and free frisbee golf days.
As a way of saying thanks to our team members, each year we have a couple of staff days out. This is when we close the centre entirely for a day to enable us to have a fun packed day just for Mendip employees. These are always great fun, full of surprises and a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the summer and the winter season.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer accommodation to our team members, but we do allow team members to live on site in their camper vans or tents in the summer for a very minimal fee.
