Oyster Worldwide offer a very personal service with detailed preparation and support before, during and when you return from travel. Pre-departure services include an interview and a personalised portal with all the details about your project and what to expect. We advise on safety, cultural issues, flights, what to take, currency and what life will be like in your chosen destination. Oyster Worldwide pride themselves on selecting projects that we believe are genuinely worthwhile. Every project has been visited by a member of the Oyster team and vetted for excellence.
Course Description
a typical day on this gap project
Each day will vary, depending on the medical requirements of those in care. With the mobile unit, volunteers with basic training will be able to help with treatments, while those studying medicine can expect to administer medicines and give direct care. More qualifications enable more involvement in the medical care, but are not a requirement.
