This is dependent on which project that you are interested in. All jobs will involve interaction with children in a class room environment. If you are volunteering then you will be required to conduct very basic lessons and play. If you are looking to join one of our paid work programmes in either Thailand or China then you may be required to have prior experience to conduct a high level of educational lessons.
