UK Sailing Academy (UKSA) is a national maritime youth charity, based in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight, with a vision to widen access to maritime training, to enhance life skills and employment in the sector. We are the largest RYA training centre in the world, providing schools and groups activity programmes, full-time education courses and professional career training in yachting and watersports. We will have a course to suit you, whether you are an entry-level novice or a professional looking to top up your training and qualifications.
Why are UKSA so good to travel with?
People should train with us for several reasons. As a maritime youth charity, providing opportunities for young people is at the core of everything we do. We often have funding opportunities available. Our courses lead people towards careers in the watersports industry, the maritime/yachting industry and in particular the growing (and lucrative) superyacht sector.

We're a busy watersports and activity centre on the River Medina in Cowes, Isle of Wight. Each summer, we host school groups and kids' camps from across the UK for a week of fun on land and on the water. We're looking for qualified instructors to help deliver our full programme of activities.
